A. White Musk Resort is open throughout the year. You can either choose to visit in winter when the landscapes are covered in all-white snow and the temperatures are at sub-zero levels. Or during the springs when the snowy landscapes gradually turn green with beautiful blossoms adding to the beauty of nature. The days are pleasant to explore the place and bask in the sun.

Q. Is the property kid-friendly?

A. The resort is built on mountain terrains and in order to maintain the aesthetics of the place, no safety railings have been installed at most on-site locations. Hence, the property is not considered kid-friendly and children under the age of 5 are strongly not recommended. 

Q. At what time can I check in?
A. The check-in time at the White Musk Resort is 2 pm and the check-out is at 11 am. While at it, note that the resort does not offer early check-in in most cases, hence make sure to schedule your visit accordingly. 

Q. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

A. 10% of the total amount is non-refundable in all cases. If you place a cancellation request 7-14 days prior to your check-in date, 35% of the tariff amount is deducted. For cancellations made 0-7 days prior check-in date, 50% of the total tariff amount is deducted. However, note that the cancellation and refund policy is subject to change.
